C+Duct. Kanalbauteile sind eine neue Generation energieeffizienter Luftführungen.

Mit innovativer Technologie und optimierten Prozessen werden Bauteile gefertigt, die die allgemeinen Anforderungen bezüglich Dichtheit und Hygiene übertreffen. Kernstück der neuen Fertigungstechnologie ist das Anfahren und Einfalzen der Flanschprofile direkt aus dem Blechcoil.

C+Duct. sind Blechkanäle und Formteile mit eckigem Querschnitt nach DIN EN 1507, gefertigt aus sendzimierverzinktem Feinblech, Güte DX51D+Z275MA-C (DIN 10327).

Die Blechstärke entspricht VDI 3803.

Zur Erreichung der Dichtheitsklasse A,B und C gemäß DIN EN 1507 wird entsprechend der Anforderung der Dichtstoff bereits im Falzprozess maschinell eingebracht. Eine neuentwickelte Innendichtecke reduziert Energieverluste und optimiert die Einhaltung der Richtlinie der VDI 6022. Querverbindungen werden durch das angefahrene PDF3 Profil (Profil Duct Flange) erzeugt.

Die Leitblechanordnung erfolgt nach DIN 18379.
Wandungen werden mittels Sicken versteift und zusätzliche Flächenversteifung nach BerlinerLuft. Werksstandard gewährleisten die Anforderungen an die Oberflächenstabilität der Bauteile. Zur Verbindung wird an den Stirnseiten das vollautomatisch hergestellte PDF3 Profil angeformt.

Trotz Anformung ist die Standardschusslänge von 1500 mm weiterhin gewährleistet.

C+Duct. represents a new generation of duct parts for an energy-efficient operation of air-conditioning systems. Thanks to innvovative technology in the manufacturing process, the hygienic requirements according to VDI 6022 and the tightness requirements according to DIN EN 1507 can be smoothly met – a proper installation assumed. A significant fature of the new technology is the automatic bordering of the flange sections (pdf3- section) directly from the sheet metal coil.

Unlike in other comparable technologies, forming and stabilization of the flanges is made in a single pass without additional corrosion-prone bonding techniques. To achieve the tightness class C according to DIN EN 1507 a silicone-free permanently elastical sealing compound is injected in the folding bag by machine already during contouring. Aditionally, a new internal sealing element reduces leakeage losses in the corner area of the fold.

This solution provides a secre basis for the hygienic safety of the air flow to be conveyed according to VDI 6022.
Although the flange sections are brodered we deliver our ducts at a standard length of 1500 mm.
